We first featured this “Lightning” powered Ford F250 way back in June 2015. The lifted, big tire, 4×4 truck had been fitted with a stock Lightning Modular 5.4 Supercharged V8. It had a handful of bolt on’s but performance was always hampered by its shear mass. Its been a long road when it comes to the build on this 2001 Ford F250. To say there has been some setbacks and delays on this build would be the understatement of the year! Things are now finally starting to come together and there a light at the end of the tunnel. Victoria Day 2016 PHP attended Capital Drift Round 2 at Western Speedway in Langford, BC with Sedrick Skabar in his 1992, 1JZ powered Toyota Soarer.  This was the first event of the year for Sedrick and also the first chance to do some testing after his recent swap from stock twins to a single turbo setup. We were all excited to see what the day would bring. Preparations for the event included general fluid checks, refueling, fine tuning of his ECU Master DET3 Map but focused mainly around stickers. We knew that stickers we’re essential to successful drifting so both cars we’re loaded up. The PHP AristoRead More →

PHP are working with Sedrick Skabar for this drift season and although we’re a little behind, we’re now ready to hit the track with his 1992 1JZ powered Soarer. We’ve helped with the Single Turbo install, Fuel System and Engine Management. The stock transmission is a concern so we’ve left boost at 1.0 BAR and given it a conservative tune on 94 Octane. The 1JZ was responding very well to small boost increases with a lot more potential at higher boost levels.   Sedrick Skabar’s 1992 Toyota Soarer 1JZ-GTE Single Turbo Conversion ECU Master DET-3 (Shop Now) 550 CC Denso Injectors AEM in-tank Pump Front Mount Inter-coolerRead More →

PHP are glad to announce that we’ve added Ford EEC tuning to our list of available in-house tuning options. Adam from “Core-Tuning” hooked us up with the latest Hardware and Software available from the very popular “Binary Editor” package. This gives us a comprehensive Ford coverage from 1984 thru 2016 – Gas & Diesel. There is no Hardware required (OBDII) so no need to purchase an expensive Plugin Programmer only to find out you need an additional “Custom Tune”. Those of you that have been disappointed with plug-in programmers such as SCT & Diablo will be glad to know that these devices can be “Un-Married” and then resold.Read More →

Post-Haste Performance would like to say a HUGE THANKYOU to all the VCC Members that come down for our first ever “Dyno Day”! We had fair share of issues on the day but have learnt a lot from it! We had some issues with the Dyno right on the first run (RX8) – We had to do a full reset and somewhere in the settings a compensation figure was deleted. Now that I’ve had time to go back and look through, its obvious, but with the pressure on the day we missed it and for that we apologize. It effected the morning session worse thanRead More →
